Founder of KDHI Encourages Prospective MBA Applicants to Apply to Wharton and Other Top MBA Programs

Accra, 5 October 2017 - The Wharton Business School of the University of Pennsylvania presented to prospective applicants at the Movenpick Hotel in Accra, Ghana in order to increase presence on the continent. Wharton is one of the top MBA schools that allows students to experience an enriched and international experience, particularly on the African continent which has increasingly become of importance to the global economy.

The Wharton Business School was represented by Ms. Kara Keenan Sweeney, who is the Director of Admissions Marketing and Communications at the Lauder Institute of the Wharton Business School, and Mr. Kavaneet Dhami, Founder of KDHI and an alumnus of the University of Pennsylvania.

Kara and Kavaneet presented to a group of roughly 250 prospective applicants about the application process and the experience at the university. A Q&A session at the fair portion of the event was held to address any outstanding issues. There was a lot of interesting feedback from the prospective applicants and many reached out to Ms. Kara and Mr. Kavaneet as a follow up. ​The Wharton Business School of the University of Pennsylvania is well positioned on the continent of Africa and there will be a growing presence for many years to come.
